Selling your home is a complex project, one rife with financial and legal implications. As your real estate project manager, I’ll coordinate all of the details of your real estate transaction with one goal in mind: to protect your interests.
What does this mean exactly?
In general, it means I’ll be a proactive partner–taking on as much of the responsibility and stress of your sale as I legally can. I’ll be a forthright adviser, providing the information you need to make informed decisions. And I’ll be a welcome buffer between you and other real estate professionals and prospective buyers.
More specifically, it means I’ll do thorough research to determine a competitive price range for your property. I’ll develop and implement a custom marketing plan based on local market conditions and your priorities. I’ll keep you in the loop during the time on market by regularly sharing feedback from buyers and their agents and alerting you to changes in market conditions (new pending sales, new competitive listings). I’ll help you evaluate & respond to any offers that come in. And once a deal is pending, I’ll coordinate all activities and paperwork required for closing. In the meantime, I’ll help handle any situations that may arise between your listing the property with me and the actual close of your sale.
